The six week challenge is a fitness and nutrition course we run for anyone wishing to get started on their health and fitness goals.
The course normally runs for 6 weeks the first week being an induction week, where we educate you on what food really means in terms of the effect it has on our bodies. We take measurements so that we can gauge and track our progress throughout the six weeks
The remaining five weeks are the physical challenges that will change every week, with excecises that you can do at home.
The last week of the challenge always has a competive challenge or all those who partake the six week challenge,
