Our classes are for all different fitness levels. You are encouraged to attend and do what you can do to your fitness level. Exercises will be adapted to suit your fitnessand increase your stamina and strength.
Your instructors are experienced in increasing your fitness levels at an incredible rate. All you have to do is attend and work as hard as you can.
Classes are posted on our facebook group IOW Flexible Fitness every Sunday at approximately 8pm for the week ahead. Some classes are fixed every week. Others change day and time to allow everyone to get a chance to attend. We try and be as flexible as we can.
Some of our classes are limited on space. Booking is essental for Bag Blast, Suspension Training, Power Pump, Step Plyo and Cardio Kickboxing.
Classes such as Kettlercise, Kombat Fitness and Zumba, you are free to turn up. Booking not necessary.
We have all the equipment you need. All you need to bring is water.
Kettercise is every Wednesday 7pm and Friday 5pm. These classes are fixed every week and are with Karen Stillwell
Powerlifting class is Tuesday 7pm with Doug Atkinson. A great way of learning how to gain strength safely. Anyone who wants to start weight lifting needs to start here.
